W&F is a whole new concept.
Originally W&F was set up as a company to employ internal company staff.
We soon realized that the there is a great demand for staff in all sectors on the island.
W&F employs working staff for all different work sectors on Mallorca:
- Hotel bars and restaurants staff
- Bars and restaurants staff
- Lifeguards
- Outdoor guides
We provide work for people who would like an international work experience.
Everything is arranged for:

All we need is for people to contact us, from there on we arrange everything.
W&F works from Holland England and Germany.
