Requirements for 1st year workers:
- Minimum age 18
- In possession of a driver license
- Team spirit
- Outgoing personality
- Active/into sports
- Speak English and or German + 1 other foreign language
- Willing to work variable hours (8-10 hours a day) for 5,5 days a week
- Available for at least 3 months
- Preferably experience in outdoor activity’s (canoeing/kayaking mountain biking)
Salary
- Free ticket to Mallorca and back (when properly fulfilled contract conditions)
- Free accommodation
- Free meals (beverages not included)
- Free bicycle to get into town and back
- €500 spending money that will be put in your bank account monthly
- X-tra money bones if you finish contract properly

Lifeguards
Requirements for 1st year workers
- Minimal age 18
- Lifeguard or rescue swimming certificates
- Able to handle responsibility
- Team spirit
- Outgoing and active personality
- Willing to work for 6 days a week
- Available for at least 3 months
- No visible tattoos or piercing (lower arms, hands or face)
- Reassembly good physical health
Salary
- Free ticket to Mallorca and back (when properly fulfilled contract conditions)

- Free transport to and from work if necessary
